About Us The Team

How did we become Pintail?

Simple. Three real estate professionals with a common passion for excellence, saw an opportunity and seized it.  As the robust Upstate economy continued to strengthen following the recession of 2008, the founding partners felt strongly that there was an expanding space for our company within the Upstate commercial real estate landscape.  With combined sales, development and leasing transactions of over $600 million, our team brings unparalleled depth and expertise to each and every client interaction.

Our company name has its roots in the characteristics of the Pintail duck, which is elegant in its design, graceful in flight.  Sleek and aerodynamic, the Pintail has a speed and agility which has earned the species the nickname, “greyhound of the air.”  The mystique and panache of the Pintail is without question, and it is widely recognized as the most sought after species throughout the Americas.  Pintail Capital Partners brings a similar focus to the markets we serve through proactive service, accessibility and responsiveness to our clients’ needs.
