Fall 2020 Internship
Pintail Capital Partners is a Greenville, SC, based commercial real estate company with reach across the southeastern United States. Pintail draws upon more than 95 years combined experience to serve clients in retail, medical, professional office, and light industrial leasing, development and sales. Responsibilities and Goals
Our team thrives by being collaborative and enthusiastic - an overall positive attitude is one of the most important considerations. This role must utilize excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an ability to be oriented towards revenue generation. Pintail’s office is in the heart of downtown Greenville, at 135 South Main Street, Suite 101. We will likely transition to our new office, at 24 Cleveland Street, this fall. This internship with specifically support Josh Tew and Monty Todd.
Team lead generation (65%)
o Utilizing provided resources and systems to identify, contact, and compile information on prospects and leads
o Cold calling
o Systems utilized: Costar, Public County GIS, PipeDrive, Microsoft Office Suite
Analyst Activities (20%)
o Property and project underwriting
o Systems utilized: Costar, ESRI, STDB, Microsoft Excel
Other to be determined (15%)
o Calls and showings
o Participation in any other relevant meetings
o Assisting with the packaging and delivery of client holiday gifts
Hours and Compensation
• 18 hours per week for approximately 14 weeks (to be aligned with semester, as feasible)
• Base compensation: $11/hour
• Incentive-based compensation: $50 per qualified sales call generated
• Professional sales training at Pintail Capital Partner’s expense
